Privacy Policy

Glow Arrows ("the App", "we", "our") is a single-player offline puzzle game. We respect your privacy and have designed the App to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is used.

Summary: The App does not require an account, does not collect personal information, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. All gameplay data is stored on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, location, or any other personal information.
The App does not include third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, social-media SDKs, or sign-in providers.
The App does not track you across other applications or websites.
The App does not require an account or login.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

To remember your progress between sessions, the App stores the following locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This information never leaves your device:

Level progress, stars earned, and unlock state.
In-game currencies (Coins, Gems, Hearts) and consumable inventory (hints, boosts, skip tickets).
Player level, XP, and achievements.
Daily quest progress and streak counter.
Sound, haptics, and accessibility preferences.

You can erase all locally stored data at any time from Settings → Reset Progress. Uninstalling the App also removes all locally stored data.

3. Apple Services

If you choose to rate the App, iOS displays a system review prompt provided by Apple's StoreKit framework. The review you submit (if any) is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we never see your review or any account information.

The App is distributed through the App Store. App Store usage data (such as install counts and crash reports) may be collected by Apple and shared with us in aggregated, non-identifying form.

4. Internet Access

The App does not require an internet connection to play. The App may use the network only when you tap "Contact Us" (which opens your Mail app) or "Rate Us" (which is handled by Apple).

5. Age Rating & Children's Privacy

The App is rated 13+ on the App Store. It is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App does not contain advertising, open chat, or links to social networks.

If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please uninstall it or use Settings → Reset Progress; because the App stores no data off-device, no further action is needed on our side.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and ship a new version of the App that contains the updated text. Continued use of the App after the update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
